REFUNDS

All sales
are final.

Forever costs $29, once, for one memorial page.

Why there are no refunds

All sales are final. Forever starts the moment you pay: the extra photos, videos, the download and the printable card are there straight away. Before paying, you ask for it to start at once and confirm that you lose the 14-day right to cancel that buyers in the UK and EU otherwise have, so we don’t offer refunds.

If something doesn’t work

If something doesn’t work the way we describe it, tell us and we’ll put it right: [email protected]. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

If a payment is reversed

If a payment is reversed, by your bank or by Dodo Payments who process it, the page goes back to Free. Nothing you already added is deleted; you just can’t add more than the Free page holds (5 photos, no videos).
